How to differentiate language from dialect and Filipino from Tagalog

Welcome to our second session here on Cherry's ESL. If you have not yet watched our introductory and first session, I recommend that you watch them first.
I noticed that here in the Philippines, we are fond of using the term dialect to the point of saying dialect instead of language. Through this video I hope you will know at least the basic difference of language from dialect. You will also get to differentiate Tagalog from Filipino.
