Improbable has been working with Bossa Studios to create World's Adrift, an MMO utilizing many instances of Unity3D in the cloud to create a completely seamless, massive physical game world for players to explore, with full persistence, physics and a 150x150km game world. Rob Whitehead (Improbable Worlds) digs in to the technical challenges of using Unity3D to achieve this, orchestrated by SpatialOS, a distributed operating system.
