Cardiovascular Fellows' Boot Camp is designed for first-year fellows and offers four tracks: cardiac surgery, cardiology, cardiac anesthesiology and vascular surgery. This intense training follows the guiding principles of “Teach broadly. Teach early. Teach basics.”

TRACK ACTIVITY INFORMATION
CARDIOLOGY SPECIALTY ONLY:
July 31 - August 1, 2021
To be eligible to attend, you must be an incoming first-year cardiology fellow.

TARGET AUDIENCE
This activity is intended for first-year cardiac surgery and incoming cardiology fellows, cardiac anesthesiology fellows and first/second-year fellow and fourth/fifth-year integrated vascular surgery resident.

Registration is complimentary and on a first come, first served basis.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES
At the conclusion of this activity, the participant should be able to:
• Practice common techniques
• Recognize various devices
• Consolidate both anatomy and exposure techniques and skills
• Understand specialty specific training in vascular surgery, interventional cardiology and cardiac surgery and cardiothoracic anesthesiology
