Extreme day trip to Nuremberg | £20 return Ryanair

My first extreme day trip.Everybody enjoys a day out by car, bus or train, but what about travelling by plane? In this video, I travel to the Bavarian city of Nuremberg for an enjoyable day out. I try and do as much that I can, which is free and I still had an enjoyable time. I visited Nuremberg Castle, the church of St. Sebaldus, walk along the River Pegnitz, finishing up at the Henker Haus, the former resident of Franz Schmit, once Nuremberg’s executioner.

Car parking – Free for airport staff!
Flights and seats on Ryanair £27.98
U-bahn return (metro) €6.40 (£5.33)
Lunch or brunch €14.30 (£11.92)
Coffee €2.70 (£2.20)
Beer and bratwurst (off camera) €19.10 (£15.92)
Total £63.35
Cost of return bus/rail fare to London £75.00 plus additional costs of food, drink and entertainment. Going to Nuremberg for the day is £11.65 cheaper than simply getting to London by bus and train.
All entrance fees shown were correct as of May 2022. The Henker Haus was €2 when I visited back in 2018.
