This is a slouchy hat in my July Twist Stitch. This stitch has nice texture. It can be made with various looms and yarn. I did mine on a 36 peg from a circle set and that's for a small head so if you want to make for a average head use the 41 or 42 peg or a larger one from a smaller gauge set.
