Sweets! I’m sharing what i try to consume in a day for a healthy skin ! Do refer to your physician if you consume any of these.
1. Lemon + Warm water (first thing on an empty stomach)
2. A2 Cow Ghee 1 Tsp (Before breakfast)
3. Green Giant (mid noon)
4. Omega’s /Turmeric Capsule (After Lunch)
5. Organic Green Tea (Evening) with Nuts - Pecans , Almonds.
6. Avocado/Blueberry ( Mid Noon)
7. I also include Vitamin C Limcee
8. Turmeric + Milk (before sleep)
Note - This is what i consume and is per my diet. Incase if you want to try this,
please consult your dietician , physician .
