An organic chemistry minilecture on three total syntheses of Daphnepapytone A from the Nay, Stoltz and She groups. It features an Eschenmoser–Tanabe Fragmentation, allenic Pauson-Khand reaction and a range of allylic oxidation reactions. It also compares how their synthetic strategies for this target product differ and evolved.
