DVD playthrough of menu and special features

I would classify this as a "B-" DVD release... it's a cut above the average, because of all the cast notes and obviously for having 2 versions of the film on one disc. But the menu system is pretty simple -- no animations, no special transitions. The other thing was a lack of any director commentary.
There are a few good trailers in addition to all the on-screen talent notes, but no special features on the film themselves. The widescreen version is the preferred version here, the 4:3 pan & scan is horribly cropped.
