নীল পাহাড়ের কোলে, মেঘের চাদর
পাবং ডাকে আমায়, চলো দূর বহুদুর।
পাইন গাছের ছায়ায়, পথ হারিয়ে
হৃদয় গুনগুন গায়, মেঘে ভিজে।

আয় রে আয়, পাহাড়ি হাওয়া
তোর ছোঁয়ায় মন যে উড়ে যায়।
বৃষ্টির সুর, ঝর্ণার গান
পাবংয়ের কোলে স্বপ্ন গাঁথা রয়।

সূর্য ডুবে গেলে, রঙিন আকাশ
ঝিকিমিকি আলোয়, জোনাকির হাস।
তিস্তা নদীর ঢেউয়ে, মায়াবী সুর
মনকে টেনে নিয়ে যায়, আরও দূর।

আয় রে আয়, পাহাড়ি হাওয়া
তোর ছোঁয়ায় মন যে উড়ে যায়।
বৃষ্টির সুর, ঝর্ণার গান
পাবংয়ের কোলে স্বপ্ন গাঁথা রয়।

একদিন ফিরব আমি, সেই পথে
পাবংয়ের কোলে, ভালোবাসার সাথে।

আজ শোনাতে এলাম তোমাদের এক সুন্দর মায়াবী পাহাড়ি গ্রামের গল্পো, যে গ্রামে মানুষের পদধূলি খুব একটা পড়ে না। উত্তরবঙ্গের এক অন্যতম অফবিট লোকেশন, নাম পাবং Pabung। নানা রঙের ফুলে ঢাকা ঝকঝকে ছবির মতো পাহাড়ি জনপদ। চারিদিকে নির্মল আকাশ আর দিগন্তবিস্তৃত বরফে মোড়া পর্বতশ্রেণী।

পাহাড়ী ছোট্ট গ্রামে একটা দিন কাটানোর আদর্শ জায়গা, নিরিবিলিতে কাটালাম একটা দিন আর মন ভরে নিলাম পাহাড়ের গন্ধ। আকাশ পরিস্কার থাকলে ঝকঝকে কান্চনজঙ্ঘা দেখতে পারবেন ঘরে বসেই।

আমি মার্চের শেষে উইকেন্ডটা কাটাতে সেখানেই একটা হোমস্টেতে গেছিলাম। নাম ছিল Yash Homestay,
