I've watched ASMR videos for years and have always wanted to create my own relaxing ASMR videos. But I always chicken out instead of pursing it. I'm back and trying again while testing a bunch of different triggers I found around the house. This video has whispered conversations while using different items to provider tingles to help with anxiety relief.

I still have so much to learn but hope that maybe you'll stick around and possibly give me a chance.
