Using Focus Alts for Refining in Albion Online

I'm doing this when the alt has premium anyway for the bonus to crafting fame, to get the focus potions faster.

For this specific refining session, going by Estimated Market Value, it's around 900k silver / 10k focus, though the profit increases as more 4.4 ores are refined, since spec increases and focus cost decreases. Ideally, buy orders should be placed for the ores.

Another plus for safe zone gathering, since low tier resources are abundant and refining them is profitable. Higher tier resources from lethal zone gathering e.g. T7 and T8 are harder to come by, require more spec to refine and doing so without focus is usually a loss.

Edit: doing the "refine 400 T7 resources" journal task also gives a 10k focus potion and isn't that much of a loss.
