We have seen many lingams such as lingam that changes color, lingam with a dragon on its body, lingam in a reclining position, lingam with a scar, and not only that, there are very few temples like Ardhanareeswarar temple and in that we have seen the presence of the Lord in a half-joined state with Umaiyavala. But at this place, when Lord Linga Tirumeni performs thenabhishekam on the linga, the goddess with a parrot in her hand can be seen anywhere else.
