Burp the baby during and at the end of feeding
There are two ways of burping a baby. The first one is to put him against your shoulder and massage him from his lower back upwards then pat him gently several times
The other way is support his neck and head. Position him horizontally then bring him up to an upward position, do this few times until he burps
If the baby does not burp in 5 minute, it's normal
If breastfeeding, burp your baby when switching breasts and at the end. If your baby cries when you interrupt feeding, it's alright to wait until after feeding
