A few weeks back I placed an order and the package arrived today. It's something I've wanted to add to the studio for a long time, and I managed to track one down. This was sold to me as "new old stock" and "new in the box". I thought it would be fun to open on camera.
Update: Red One Music contacted me back and agreed to refund $350 off the price. I think that is a fair since I won't be using the damaged siderails at this point.
