Kyaw Soe Oo, Thazin Oo, and other pro–military junta lobbyists are currently present in Mogok town. The military junta has been hiring these lobbyists to spread propaganda and deploy them for psychological warfare and influence operations. It is reported that while the lobbyists were in Mogok, resistance forces (PDF) launched rocket attacks on several locations inside the town where junta troops were stationed.

Separately, in Salingyi Township, Sagaing Region, the junta’s Northwestern Regional Military Command (Monywa-based) reportedly dispatched eight vehicles along with security personnel to the Wanbao copper mining project site in preparation for the final stages of its planned election process.

Additionally, the military junta is ordering KNA groups to leave Myawaddy town.

The situation of Brigadier General Thant Htin Soe, a junta officer who surrendered to the MNDAA, has also been reported.
