Rum & raisin Christmas ice cream pudding recipe:
2L tub vanilla ice cream
1 cup cream, whipped
1/3 cup rum
2 cups raisins
1 block old gold rum & raisin chocolate, chopped or grated
Ice magic, to serve
-Combine raisins and rum, cover and leave overnight.
-Partially thaw your ice cream. Whip the cream. Chop the chocolate & combine all ingredients.
-Line a bowl with cling film to make serving the pudding easier.
-Pour combined ingredients into your prepared bowl & re-freeze, stirring every 40 mins or so.
All you’ll need to do on xmas day is flip it out and top with half the bottle of ice magic.
Divide into bowls and serve with even more ice magic, I promise you’ll love it!
