Tadasana (mountain pose) and Vrksasana (tree pose) are a marvellous combination to improve our posture, alignment and balance, this is super helpful if you spend most of the day sitting.
As we grow older, poor posture can have many negative effects, including headaches, neck and back pain, and hip and knee problems. Additionally, balance helps strengthen certain areas of your body, including your ankles, legs and abdominal muscles, whilst increasing your coordination and proprioception.
