George accidentally runs over Dennis' bike, and he goes to ridiculous lengths to keep the boy from discovering this. // Dennis, Joey and Margaret are riding on the mine train that goes throughout the mine of an old husband and wife prospecting team. During the ride, the husband explains to the people how the Claxton Brothers claim-jumped a rich portion of the mine and sealed it off so only they can reap the gold within. Dennis, wanting to help the couple, unhooks the car with him and the other kids in it and off they go on a wild chase to find the Claxtons. Ultimately, they find them and make life so miserable for them that the Claxtons give up. // It's Margaret's birthday party and all the gang is invited. The only problem is that Dennis feels down because he just let thee other kids down by dropping the game winning pass. To bring himself out of the blues he pulls out Willy, his pet frog. The frog proceeds to cause havoc during the party, especially during Margaret's ballet dance.
