Organized as an essay, it proposes a journey through identity, memory, and pride, offering you a rare chance to witness how the threads of different traditions weave into the tapestry of Zimbabwean culture.

This concert brings together the traditional & contemporary sounds and of Zimbabwe’s many nations. Guided by their music teacher Anesu Ndoro (Traditional African Music Researcher and Instrument Maker), facilitated by Chioniso Tatenda Rushwaya (Multi Disciplinary Artist and Events Coordinator), and fiscally sponsored by the Music Is Culture organization through Zack Youcha (https://www.musicisculture.org/), the performers will
demonstrate a repertoire that traverses the cultural landscape of our nation.
