Pumpkin Painting Tutorial | Easy Autumn Craft with Acrylic Paints & Metal Leaf

Join me for this relaxed one-hour(ish) pumpkin painting session (there are 4 designs) — perfect for adding a creative twist to your autumn decor! In this tutorial, we’ll paint directly onto real pumpkins using acrylic paints and finish them off with metal leaf, ribbons, bandages, and googly eyes (depending on your chosen design).

What You’ll Need:
🎨 Pumpkins (real or artificial)
🎨 Acrylic paints
🎨 Metal leaf + glue
🎨 Wet wipes (for quick clean-ups!)
🎨 Ribbons, bandage, and googly eyes (optional decorations)
🎨 A medium flat-head brush
🎨 A hairdryer to speed up drying
🎨 A cup or stand to rest your pumpkin on while painting — this keeps your hands clean and your design smudge-free!
💡 Tips:
I work with acrylic paint neat (only a tiny bit of water). Keep your brush strokes bold and enjoy the textures — imperfections make each pumpkin unique!
