Living as Salt and Light in Today's Culture - Dr. Del Tackett

What is our purpose? Why am I here? Why did Jesus leave? Every generation of Christians wrestles with big questions like these and we wonder what goal or “endgame” God has in mind for us now while we wait for the second coming of Christ. Dr. Del Tackett has a passion to examine and answer these questions based upon his thorough study of the Scripture, worldview teaching, and his keen insights into today’s culture. Dr. Tackett reviews serious issues in our society (eg… crime, abortion, suicide, etc.) which are the result of people denying God and His truth. He also points to the ultimate or “royal” law of God — to love God, love our neighbor, and love one another. Dr. Tackett concludes by warning believers about Me-focused Christianity and encouraging families to engage their neighbors with love and long-term fellowship.
