Homemade Chicken Spring Rolls with Fresh Spring Roll Sheets | Ramadan Special Snack Recipe (make and freeze )

I made spring roll sheets and the filling from scratch at home, and trust me, they turned out so much better than anything you’ll find in the market! Perfect for iftar, these homemade spring rolls are always a hit during Ramadan. Today, I’m sharing my secret recipe with all of you. Inshallah, once you try it, you’ll never order takeout again! ✨Ingredients

•500g (4cups) All purpose Flour (maida)
•5 gram (1tsp) Salt
•300ml (1 1/5 cups)Water
•1tbsp Butter
•1tbsp Oil
•1tbsp Ginger & 1tbsp Garlic Paste
•150g (1cup) Carrots (julienne cut)
•300g (2cups) Colored Capsicums (thinly sliced)
•150g (2cups) Cabbage (shredded)
•1/2tsp Chinese Salt
•1/2tsp Cooking Salt
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1/2tsp White pepper powder
•1tbsp Soysauce
•1tbsp Vinegar or Lemon juice
•1tbsp Chili sauce
•1tbsp Ketchup
•350g (2 1/2cup) boiled and shredded Chicken
•3-4 Green Onions (only used green part)
•50g (1/3cup) All-purpose flour
•3tbsp (42g) Oil
•oil for frying

Serve the spring rolls hot with a dipping
sauce (green chutney or sweet chili sauce)
