In this video I talk about our trying to conceive (ttc) journey which for us took 1 year and 3 months. I describe the holistic methods I used to help reduce my prolactin (stress) levels in my blood and also give you a little second trimester update :) I also mention the HSG X-ray I was referred to do by my gynaecologist and talk through the procedure and what it involves for anyone who might have one coming up soon.
