Trunk Rotations
Posture check.
Stand on one end of the band (securely under the middle of the foot).
Hold the other end away from the body (in line with the torso) above the standing foot.
To progress, start with hands below the hip, bending the knee’s.
Pull upwards, keeping the arms fixed whilst rotating from the torso.
Finish with the arms above the opposite shoulder - as high as is comfortable.
Rotate to return back to the starting position and repeat.
Always ensure you are dressed appropriately to exercise, stay hydrated and be safe.
