ঢাকাবাসীর যাতায়াতে মেট্রোরেল এক যুগান্তকারী পরিবর্তন এনেছে। উত্তরা থেকে মতিঝিল পর্যন্ত চলাচল এখন সহজ ও সময়সাশ্রয়ী। তবে মতিঝিল থেকে কমলাপুর পর্যন্ত মাত্র ১.১৬ কিলোমিটারের যাত্রায় এখনো অপেক্ষা করতে হচ্ছে। আগামী মাসে এই বর্ধিত অংশ চালুর কথা থাকলেও, তা পিছিয়ে যাচ্ছে।

The Metrorail has brought a revolutionary change in the way people of Dhaka travel. Travel from Uttara to Motijheel is now easy and time-saving. However, the journey from Motijheel to Kamalapur, which is just 1.16 kilometers long, is still a long wait. Although this extended section was supposed to be launched next month, it is being delayed.
