M9 Trellis Concrete Poles – Making Process (Short & Clear)
1. Site Preparation
– Level the working area and arrange moulds, vibrator, and curing space.
2. Rebar Framework
– Use 6mm/8mm steel as per design.
– Tie reinforcement cage to required length (usually 9–12 feet poles).
3. Concrete Mix
– Standard ratio 1:2:3 (Cement : Sand : Gravel) or M30+ grade ready-mix.
– Add plasticizer for strength and smooth finish.
4. Filling the Moulds
– Oil/grease the mould for easy removal.
– Place rebar cage inside.
– Fill concrete evenly and vibrate properly to avoid air gaps.
5. Compaction & Leveling
– Use vibrator plate/needle vibrator for proper compaction.
– Level the top surface.
6. Setting & Demoulding
– Leave mould for 24 hours.
– Demould carefully to avoid cracks.
7. Curing Process
– Cure poles for 10–14 days minimum.
– Keep them wet for high strength.
8. Final Finishing & Storage
– Smooth rough edges.
– Stack poles safely until installation at farm.
