Iguana in a harness, June 2025

Finally finished the latest version of an iguana harness. Seems to fit pretty good 😊

needed something that would not irritate his back, and not get stuck on the scales on his chest. No commercial harness has that ability.

He was begging to explore outside of the balcony.
So nice to see him enjoying the sunshine 🥰
Though afterwards, he seemed to prefer, staying put on the balcony again 😄




** GREEN IGUANAS ARE NOT GOOD PETS**

They require enormous amount of space, food and time. Heat, lights humidity cost a fortune.

When they reach sexual maturity at about 2 years old. They can get very aggressive and dangerous.
They can bite a finger off an adult person and disfigure you, your kids or your pets for life.

Always do extensive research before getting any pet. And if you can, adopt/rehome an animal in need of a home.
