Two Steps Forward: What I’ve Done|Linkin Park Cover Live at Ulumbarra Theatre, Bendigo

Well, we sure do have talent!!! FIRST PLACE WINNERS!!!! Thank you all so much for cheering us on right from the start! Thank you to Joshua Rankin for going above and beyond with Keyboard, Lead Guitar, and a solo behind the head! Thank you to Harley Breewel for providing some grooves and stunt work to hype up our beautiful crowd! Thank you to Kai Arber for driving his vocals with influence of his idol, Chester Bennington, and keeping the power of the song ALIVE!
Unfortunately, our rhythm guitarist, Taleah, couldn’t make it, and although we hope she enjoys her holiday, we thank Megan Hooley, a long time fan and friend, for taking the week to provide the band with sound and presence that matches EXACTLY what we needed.
And on a sadder note, we wish luck to our drummer, Max, whom we hope makes a quick recovery from a highly unexpected injury that occurred this morning. We wish you well and hope to see you soon, but we further thank we our highest gratitude, Toby Clayton, drummer from The Unknown, for taking time to learn this song within hours and cover our empty space. Thankfully he will help us at tomorrow’s gig, whilst Max rests and hopefully gets her health on track.
Thank you to Ulumbarra Theatre and Bendigo Senior Secondary College for hosting this event and providing an opportunity to go above and beyond to exceed and past expectations, earning us the beautiful win. Congratulations to every other performance today, you all have amazing talents and we hope you pursue them with your heart, an absolutely beautiful day for all students!
