VF2 was released at the end of 2012 first as a mobile game, and later as a PC game by Last Day of Work. The game is a more "simpler" version of the Sims, in my opinion, and has the unique real-time gameplay, where the game continues to run even without playing.
Unlike in other Virtual Villager games, such as Tree of Life, not checking in on the game for a couple of days is usually not a problem, which makes this game a bit more enjoyable for me personally than the "Isola" series.
Here I am playing a copy I purchased from Big Fish Games on my MSI laptop with Windows 11 OS. It runs perfectly!
