NASA X-43 Flight Animation Hypersonic Scramjet X-Plane

This animated NASA clip shows how its X-43 Hypersonic Scramject demonstrator aircraft was expected to operate. The X-43 was carried to its launch altitude by a mothership, which then launched the X-plane via a modified Pegasus booster rocket.
