I have recently started making flavoured kefir and am loving it!! So much flavour, and so easy to digest :))
I've made this recipe once with whole blueberries, and once through melting them down, and I definetely recommend using whole blueberries or another fruit with a lower water content (banana is my next try :)). As soon as you introduce anything with liquid, the kefir and water will separate, giving your milk a chunkier texture. You can also add whatever spices you like, I recommend trying vanilla bean.
