Base Game Starter Home For 4 Sims | Under 20k House | (no cc) The Sims 4 Speed Build

Speed build of a cute little starter home that I built for a family in Newcrest using only The Sims 4 Base Game! It's pretty modern, fits a family of 4 sims and was built on a 20x15 lot. It ended up at a little over 19k, so you'll still have a bit of money left if you move in with a single sim! It's available for you to download on my Gallery page!:)
