As I’ve said many times before, every track from Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance is a face-melting onslaught of sound. CHIP METAL versions of these songs are ripe for the pickin', so it’s time for another one! This time, we’re diving into Blade Wolf's theme song, I'm My Own Master Now. ⚔️

This song encapsulates Blade Wolf's journey from being an instrument of destruction to breaking free and choosing his own path. His claim to autonomy is a central theme, and the intensity of this BANGER of a track matches that perfectly. It’s a good thing this song is so excellent, because while fighting Blade Wolf in the game, you’ll probably hear it several times as you learn how to parry enemy attacks. Blade Wolf is no pushover in this department. Personally, I think I died the most times in the game during this battle, and the only solution was simply to "git gud." 🥷
