In this ep, we arrive at Winderabandi to an absolutely perfect couple of days (after the breakages of last week!) and we got straight out onto the stand up paddle board. Listen closely for the worlds cutest remix of row row row your boat! Perhaps the only rendition on an SUP?
Then we check out the corrugations on the way to South Lefroy (but we knew they were only going to get worse as you’ll see!). The wind was terrible and made the current so strong that snorkelling was near impossible. Luckily we had read that Hidden Beach was a little more sheltered. We checked it out and WOW! Though the current was still strong, the outcome was worth it! Two intersecting turtles and my favourite snorkel to date! Tricky to find this place, hence the name, but use the info on WikiCamps and get the drone up if you can for a bit of guidance over the sand dunes.
And lastly, see the small but albeit annoying destruction that the highway road corrugations can do to your van on the way to Coral Bay!
