🔅نبذة تعريفية :
غابة رغدان هي غابة تقع في منطقة الباحة والتي تقع في الجزء الجنوبي الغربي للمملكة العربية السعودية أي في النصف الشمالي من الكرة الأرضية على خطي عرض (19 ـ 30 درجة)، وتقع على الطريق العام الممتد بين مدينتي الباحة والطائف.

تشتهر قرية رغدان قديمًا بسوق الأحد العريق الذي يقام يوم الأحد من كل أسبوع وهو من أشهر أسواق المنطقة حيث يتوافد إليه الناس من كل مكان.

تتميز غابة رغدان بوقوعها على المنحدر الصخري المطل على عقبة الملك فهد بالباحة على ارتفاع يتجاوز (1700) وتفصلها قرية الزرقاء عن مدينة الباحة.

تبعد رغدان بـ (4كم) إلى الشمال الغربي لمركز مدينة الباحة، كما تُعدُّ قرية وسيطة بين مجموعة من القرى، وتستفيد من وسائل النقل والمواصلات المتاحة للمنطقة.

غابة رغدان هي الغابة التي تتميز بها الباحة والمنطقة الجنوبية، لكثافة أشجارها وخضرتها.

مناخها معتدل طيلة أيام الصيف ولكونها تطل على إقليم تهامة وعقبة الملك فهد بالباحة والضباب الذي يتسلق أعالي جبال السراة إلى هذه الغابة، خصوصا في ساعات الصباح الباكر وساعات ما بعد الظهر وحتى ساعات متأخرة من الليل مما يجعل أجواء هذه الغابة صيفا بين المعتدلة والشتوية الممطرة.

ومما يزيد من جمال المتعة في هذه الغابة إلى جانب الارتفاع الشاهق كثرة مطلاتها على أعماق تهامة المنطقة وأوديتها السحيقة التي تغوص إليها عقبة الملك فهد كأحد الشرايين المهمة في المنطقة التي تربط بين سراة المنطقة وتهامتها.

كما أن كثافة الغطاء النباتي بعد آخر من أبعاد جمال هذه الغابة، حيث تواجد أشجار العرعر والطلح وبعض الشجيرات البسيطة، ظل في النهار، ونسيم عليل في الليل.

🔅Introduction:
Raghadan Forest is located in the Al Bahah region, which is located in the southwestern part of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia—that is, in the northern hemisphere—at latitudes (19-30 degrees). It is located on the main road between the cities of Al Bahah and Taif.

The village of Raghadan is famous for its ancient Sunday market, which is held every Sunday. It is one of the most famous markets in the region, attracting people from all over the world.

Raghadan Forest is located on a rocky slope overlooking King Fahd Pass in Al Bahah, at an elevation of over 1,700 meters. It is separated from Al Bahah city by the village of Al Zarqa.

Raghadan is located 4 km northwest of Al Bahah city center. It is also an intermediate village between several other villages and benefits from the region's available transportation.

Raghadan Forest is a distinctive forest in Al Bahah and the southern region, characterized by its dense, lush trees.

Its climate is moderate throughout the summer, overlooking the Tihama region and King Fahd Pass in Al Bahah. Fog rises from the heights of the Sarawat Mountains to the forest, especially in the early morning and late afternoon hours, and even late at night. This makes the forest's climate a mix of mild summers and rainy winters.

Adding to the beauty of this forest, in addition to its towering altitude, are its many views of the depths of the Tihama region and its deep valleys, into which the King Fahd Pass plunges, one of the region's most important arteries, connecting the region's highlands to its Tihama.

The dense vegetation is another dimension of this forest's beauty, with juniper and acacia trees and a few simple shrubs, providing shade during the day and a cool breeze at night.
