Grocery List:

Eggs: 2.24
Flour: .70 cents
Pumpkin: 1.00
Sausage or tofu: 3.19 or 1.70
Rice: $1.46
Cucumber: 60cents
Greens: 80cents
Potatoes: $1.72
Broccoli: $1.00
Onions: 66cents

Breakfast:

3 cups flour
2 pumpkin puree
1/4 cup oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1tsp baking powder

Eggs and Sausage or tofu scramble :)
*Keep it simple, no need to be fancy on a budget

Lunch:

4 cups rice
4 cups water
Bake at 400 covered for 20 minutes
*perfect rice every time

Top with cubed tofu in sweet and sour
Green and cucumber mixed with ginger dressing

Dinner:

Potatoes cubed and steamed! Mash with a splash of oat milk
Broccoli baked at 400 with salt pepper oil
Chicken optional, you could use the second half of tofu or sausage here :)
Onion Gravy:
1/2 cup diced onions
1tsp liquid smoke
1/4 cup soy sauce
Salt pepper garlic to taste
1/2 cup water
1tsp corn starch+3 tsp water mix and stir into simmer
