If you want to increase your attraction level, then you must take them off the pedestal and understand how to see yourself in a higher level light. Anytime you put someone or something on a pedestal, you are subconsciously creating importance. What this does is actually create resistance around it and as you create resistance around it, it then creates blocks in your life. This is a self fulfilling prophecy, because if you've noticed, once you create importance around a situation or person, you'll realize that that "needy" or desperate energy is contagious.

You must turn whatever you put on the pedestal, into a belief that you are deserving of whatever that is. Those things that you thought to be out of reach, or thought that you weren't good enough for, they have to become your reality. You must begin to believe and see yourself as naturally a match to date beautiful people, drive nice cars and live a beautiful life. As long as you don't truly believe those things, they will continue to seem out of your league. But once you go into your shadow and realize that you're just telling yourself a story based on a past experience or fear, you'll understand that you must let whatever that is go in order to shift into your new identity.
