Christmas Carol Service at St Margaret's Church in Barking.
Join me for a traditional Christmas Carol service, at the beautiful medieval St Margaret's Church in Barking. We start off outside, by the Curfew Tower "which which had stood for over 600 years" & he the pleasure of hearing the church bells being rung. Then I pop us back into the past, to see & hear what Barking would've sounded like in 1500 & 1800. Then its inside the church, for some views & sounds of the church being made ready for the service. The carols are a sound recording, set to my favourite images of St Margaret's.
This beautiful old church, really knows how to celebrate Christmas. & its a pleasure to see - hear & have been present + to be able to share with you all.
