A tutorial video for the exercises in this circuit:
*Warm up for 5-7 minutes with moderate cardio. Complete the following exercises in a circuit, moving quickly from one exercise to the next. Complete the entire circuit 2-3 times total.
1) Squat and reach x 10 each
2) Low rows x 12
3) Chest press x 12
4) Ys and Ts x 10 each
5) Biceps curls x 12
6) Squat bound x 45 seconds
7) Mountain climber x 45 seconds
8) Single leg lunge x 10 each
9) Tuck and pike x 10
10) Hamstring curls x 25
