CWD: Brand New Battle Motors NGen McNeilus ZR Garbage Truck!

Happy Holidays!

Bringing this mini series to a close, here we have a stunning new McNeilus ZR sitting on top of a Battle Motors chassis! CWD officially started servicing the City of Celina on December 1st (a Monday to kick it off) and they bought 12 of these Battle ZRs to do the job. They also bought some smaller McNeilus RLs to collect bulk or tighter alley routes. Sadly, CWD won’t continue buying their signature AutoReachs after so long either, as some of their oldest ones are now getting scrapped. Celina isn’t a very massive city yet, but the way it’s expected to grow, they’ll certainly have their hands full here in the next 5-10 years. CWD already has plans to open up a second yard thankfully, to handle much of their work in the northern DFW metroplex. Hope y’all enjoy!
