Overqwil is a rather forgotten Pokemon when it comes to Gen 9 OU... And the few times we have seen it, it's always been a rain sweeper with tera water liquidation. But in LEGENDS ZA OU Overqwil got one of the best buffs possible in the form of mortal spin, finally giving it the ability to be a good Intimidate defensive Pokemon. Access to both forms of spikes and the new mortal spin to remove opposing hazards AND status the opponent's Pokemon means that this dude is basically Forretress's Evil Left Cousin. What?
