This Chocolate Mousse recipe to so quick and easy to prepare. It is keto and low carb friendly and can be made in advance if you’re wanting a ‘ready to go’ dessert for visiting family and friends.
The base ingredient of this chocolate mousse recipe is coconut milk. To ensure that you are getting more of the coconut milk and less of the water from the can, keep the can of coconut milk in your fridge, preferably the night before to ensure it’s completely chilled. This will harden the coconut milk. When buying the can of coconut milk, make sure you look for coconut milk with the highest possible percentage by referring to the ingredients label. This will ensure you’re getting as much of the thickened coconut milk and less of the water in the can. In doing this, this sets you up to have a beautiful thick and creamy chocolate mousse.

1/4 Cup Double Cream
2 Tbsp Cocoa powder
3 Tbsp Erythritol
