It's a hassle to prepare ingredients to make sushi sometimes.
I used Canned Tuna Mayo also found a cucumber from my fridge so its easy and quick to make sushi.
This recipe is for two rolls of sushi.
You can put Salmon and Avocado instead of Canned Tuna and Cucumber.

Ingredients for 2 rolls of Sushi
(Sushi Rice)
400g Medium grain steamed rice
2 Tbsp Vinegar
1.5 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
(Fillings)
4 sticks Cucumber
1 (95g) Canned Tuna Mayo
2 Sheets of Seaweed
Soy sauce for dipping.
