Winter Pruning Our Micro Apple Orchard

In this episode, we take advantage of the weather and decide to prune our 30 apple trees in our micro orchard. Last year, we planted this orchard to get hands-on experience with tending to trees before we plant 2,000 trees this coming Spring. In our micro orchard, we have 10 Porter's Perfection apple trees and 20 Golden Russet apple trees. We take you with us and show everything we have learned from the past few years of Michigan State University Extension programs and other conferences.
