Cards like Badgermole Cub and Anticausal Vestige fuel the engine, while The Earth King and Sire of Seven Deaths provide overwhelming backup threats when Ugin doesn’t immediately end the game.
Once Ugin hits the battlefield this early, most opponents are simply locked out — boards disappear, pressure mounts instantly, and the game ends before it ever really begins.
