Converting our 2001 TOYOTA HIACE to a CAMPER

EVERYONE, MEET CLAUDE!

You will never believe it but we have converted our very own can to a camper! We love a challenge so after finding a van we liked, Tom and I set upon converting it into a mini van home of our dreams.

We had never undertaken such a big task, and it really was a big task as we'd never done anything like this before. Claude now has a pull out bed making a great day-to-night living space, a dual battery set up so we have electricity on the road, as well as solar power and heaps of storage for all our belongings.

Now we're starting on an epic road trip around Australia and can't wait to show you more of this incredible country!
