用料 Ingredients: making 8 pies

80毫升热水 80ml hot water
100毫升室温水 100ml water, room temperature
1小勺盐 1tsp salt
油适量 oil as needed
*馅料 Filling:
300克牛绞肉 300g ground beef
70克水 70g water
¼个洋葱 ¼ onion
花椒、大料、葱、料酒、酱油、盐、糖、香油适量
Sichuan pepper, star anise, spring onion, cooking wine, soy sauce, salt, sugar, sesame oil as needed.
