යම් දරුවෙක්, පාසැල් අයදුම් කරුවෙක් විභාග ප්‍රතිඵලයක් නිරීක්ෂණය කිරීමේදී, (සාමාන්‍යය පෙළ, උසස් පෙළ හෝ 5 ශ්‍රේණිය ශිෂ්‍යත්වය) විභාග අංකය නොමැති වීම හෝ අමතක වීම මගින් ප්‍රතිඵල www.doenets.lk හෝ www.results.exams.gov.lk හරහා බැලීමේවී අපහසුතා ඇතිවේ.
නමුත් දැන් ඔබට Online ක්‍රමයට විභාග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙන් විභාග අංකය නොමැතිව විභාග දෙපාර්තමේන්තුවෙන් අවස්ථාව සළසා ඇත. ඔබගේ හැදුනුම්පත් අංකය (National ID Number) එක භාව්තයෙන් විභාග ප්‍රතිඵල බලන්න පුළුවන්. නැත්නම් පහත අංක වලට දුරකථන ඇමතුමක් ගැනීමෙන් ඔබට විභාග දෙපාර්ථමේන්තුවෙන් මේ පිළිබඳව වැඩිදුර විස්තර ලබා ගත හැකිය.
