Being a care partner means surfing the waves of change. Sometimes we are able to balance for a while, and sometimes the waves toss us off our boards and we find ourselves under water and upside down.
We invite you to watch our webinar on care partners, supported by Rexall Care Network. Watch as mental health educator and care partner, Rebecca Higgins, explores the changing roles of care partners and the emotional and practical implications of these changes. We make space for the range of feelings that come with being a care partner and grappling with the changes we experience. Practical take-away tools for navigating change are also provided.
