DE VOLTA AO MEU PAÍS RIO DE JANEIRO, 30 HORAS DE VIAGEM, NOOK GYM | Day in The Life

Mais um Day in the Life, começando ainda nos Estados Unidos, no Texas.
O vídeo começa à noite, em Houston, quando vou buscar minha prima no treino de futebol e aproveito pra trocar uma ideia sobre a BMW Competition do meu tio — um carro absurdo que tive a oportunidade de dirigir durante minha estadia nos EUA.

Na sequência, mostro todo o processo de embarque de volta para o Rio de Janeiro. Já no Brasil, a primeira coisa que faço é encontrar um grande amigo, o Nassif, e partir direto para a academia.

E essa escolha não foi por acaso. Ainda nos EUA, enquanto organizava minha rotina de volta, eu estava procurando uma academia que tivesse a ver comigo. Foi quando vi alguns stories de amigos treinando na Nook Gym e achei a proposta irada. Fiz questão de que esse fosse o primeiro lugar onde eu iria treinar assim que chegasse no Brasil.

Volta pra casa, rotina retomada e uma nova fase começando do jeito certo.


Another Day in the Life, starting in the United States, in Texas.
The video begins at night in Houston, where I go pick up my cousin from her soccer practice and take the opportunity to talk about my uncle’s BMW Competition — an insane car that I had the chance to drive while I was in the US.

After that, I show the entire travel process back to Rio de Janeiro. Once I arrive in Brazil, the first thing I do is meet up with a close friend, Nassif, and head straight to the gym.

And that choice wasn’t random. While I was still in the US, planning my routine back in Brazil, I was looking for a gym that truly matched my lifestyle. That’s when I saw some friends training at Nook Gym on Instagram and immediately connected with the idea. I made sure it would be the first place I trained when I arrived in Brazil.

Back home, routine back on track, and a new phase starting the right way.
